Hi, I’m Kimberly McLaughlin, this is me today and me at 6 years old.

I am a certified coach and active #IAmRemarkable Gold Tier facilitator. I have over two decades of experience in customer-facing roles at Intel, where I’ve successfully managed complex accounts and built strong partnerships. Throughout my career, I have honed my leadership and strategic thinking skills in support of some of Intel’s top customers and am currently a Global Account Executive in Intel’s Strategic Cloud Sales organization. My journey began in Intel's prestigious Sales & Marketing Rotation Program (SMRP), and my experiences to-date as mentor, manager and facilitator have equipped me with the ability to inspire and empower individuals to reach their full potential.

I hold a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona & an MBA from UC Irvine.
